Strathblane is ideally located within the tranquil Parish of Strathblane, and nestles beneath the Campsie Fells, amongst  scenic hills and picturesque villages. Strathblane is within 10 minutes of Milngavie and Bearsden to the west of Glasgow. The Blane flows into the Endrick, which, in its turn, flows westward to Loch Lomond.  The West Highland Way, the popular walk from Milngavie to Fort William passes close-byTo the east lies the historic town of Lennoxtown and to the North the Campsie Fells. Head west to the volcanic plug Dumgoyne, and Glengoyne Distillery and the Trossachs National Park.
